VC Prom is an appointment-led prom dress boutique at 350–352 Kingston Road, Epsom, KT19 0DT, United Kingdom. You can contact the boutique by telephone or email using the details below.

The website provides a catalogue and appointment-planning service. It does not offer online purchasing, show prices, take deposits or payments, or create an online contract for the sale of a dress.

You can book an appointment online or contact the boutique. Any dress purchase or alteration agreement is discussed separately.

VC Prom aims to keep catalogue titles, style codes, colours, sizes, media and descriptions useful and current. Information may change and occasional errors or delays may occur.

Catalogue content is general information rather than a guarantee that a particular dress will be suitable or available at a particular time.

Photography, lighting and screen settings can affect how colours and details appear. Customers should view a dress in person before relying on its exact shade or finish.

Product details, available sizes, colours and boutique availability may change. Final availability is confirmed by the boutique and is not guaranteed by a catalogue page.

The favourites list helps you save up to five dress references on your browser or device. It is not an order, reservation, stock hold or promise that a dress will be available.

Favourites remain on your device unless you choose to include selected dresses in an online booking. Submitted dress references help the boutique prepare for your visit.

VC Prom offers Shopping, Alterations and Pickup appointments. The available times and visit length are shown during booking; bookings may be made up to two months ahead.

You may book online by choosing an available slot and providing your name, email and telephone number. A booking is confirmed when the website returns a reference. Dress favourites are optional and do not guarantee stock or reserve a dress.

Appointments are subject to the available times shown in booking, and visit length depends on appointment type. The booking form shows the type, date, time, contact details and any selected dresses before you confirm. You must acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Notice and these Appointment Booking Terms before submitting. This does not sign you up for marketing.

VC Prom may send service emails about your appointment. WhatsApp updates are optional, unticked by default, and can be stopped for future messages through the private management link. Keep that link secure and contact the boutique if you lose access or need help.

Appointments are for an in-store visit only. An online booking does not reserve a dress, create a purchase, take payment or include an alteration service.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, where possible. VC Prom may occasionally need to adjust a visit for operational reasons and will contact you to agree another time. There are no cancellation charges specified for online appointments.

You can cancel or reschedule through your private management link before the appointment starts, subject to available times. No appointment deposit is currently required.

VC Prom may need to rearrange an appointment in reasonable operational circumstances. The boutique will seek to provide notice and agree a suitable alternative where possible.

Alterations are not automatically included with a dress or appointment. Any alteration scope, timing, responsibility and charges must be discussed and agreed separately with the boutique.

Customers should allow enough time for agreed fitting and alteration work before their event.

Any purchase made at the boutique is a separate transaction and may be subject to additional in-store terms supplied at the appropriate time. These website terms do not create an online sale contract or override mandatory consumer rights.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use its content unlawfully.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the website.

The website design, text, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Product names, imagery and other material may also belong to designers, suppliers or licensors.

You may view the website for personal use but must not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit its content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Links or embedded services operated by third parties are provided for convenience. VC Prom does not control their availability, content or terms, and you should review the relevant provider's information before using it.

VC Prom may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, security, operational or content reasons. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, VC Prom is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from use of the website, or for problems caused by systems or services outside its reasonable control.

These terms may be updated when the website or appointment service changes. The updated date shown at the top identifies this published copy.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that allow a consumer to bring proceedings elsewhere.
